Chef Ione is as comfortable with a party of one (as a personal chef) as she is with preparing meals for a banquet of 500. Her menu is a fusion of international cuisine - French, Italian, Spanish, Chinese, Thai, Indian and Brazilian.
She has a degree from the Institute of Culinary Education in NYC and she's also a macaron chef patisserie from Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, getting a more deep knowledge about this delicacy in a advanced course at Ferrandi in 2017, also in Paris.
Already in the USA, for many years she was responsible for managing the opening of several restaurants all over the country, and after her degree she decided to focus on her own business in NYC, where she is happy to cater to private and corporate events of any size.
She makes from scratch every pasta, every bread and everything she uses on her creations. All herbs are harvested from her organic vegetable garden and she only uses the finest of the ingredients she can find - from the balsamic vinegar brought from a trip to Italy to that special artisanal mozzarela made in Brooklyn.
Chef Ione usually attends NY, NJ, CT and the Hamptons. She is Brazilian from Minas Gerais and has been living in the USA for 20 years.
