The dinner Ione has organized for my birthday was exactly what I was looking for! The food was exquisite and of amazing taste, the table looked beautiful and everything was perfectly organized by her and her staff before and after the party! Not to mention the delicious Macaroons she makes, which were colorful and tasty! It was a huge success!

Can’t tell you how wonderful was the countryside lunch Ione prepared for my husband’s birthday at my upstate home. From the flowers and tables arrangements to the delicious food and perfect drinks. Cake and brigadeiros made the party! Not to tell about the pão de queijo!. Since then I order them delivery to me everywhere. Children couldn’t be more happy! Thanks Ione and her staff.

Elegant and delicious
I had the chance to see (and taste) Chef Ione’s work several times, from small gatherings to corporate events. Her food is delicious and refined, and the presentation is outstanding. Cheese breads, brigadeiros, roasted meats, pasta, chocolate mousses, homemade focaccia, mini burgers, shrimp bobo, caldo verde soup, fish with butter sauce and capers... I could list a whole menu of delightful experiences. Even the mojito at one of her parties is the best I ever had.

Chef Ione catered and planned by son’s first birthday party. His safari themed party was wonderful! Ione did an exceptional job - from her delicious food to the magnificent attention to detail/decor. Her presentation skills are very impressive and thoroughly thought out. Ione is very professional to work with and I would happily book her for future events. My guests had a fabulous time and I am still receiving compliments for a party perfectly done!

A Gastronomic Experience
Recently my wife and I enjoyed a fantastic dinner with family and friends that Chef Ione personally prepared for us. She is truly a Gem in the culinary world. Her dinner was a feast for the eyes and the palate that we will not forget. I will not be surprised to see her on the Food Network in the near future. Finally her Macarons are a pure delight and a fantastic desert to finish a memorable dining experience. It was a dining experience made for Royalty.
